- Order Data: First and last name, billing address, shipping address, email address, ordered items, order number, time of order
- Payment Data: Transaction ID and selected crypto payment rail. Wallet and payment processing data is handled by the payment provider.
- Technical Data: IP address, browser type, referrer URL, time of access (anonymized)
- Account Data (optional): Email, password (hashed), order history
3. Purposes and Legal Basis
- Contract Performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): Processing of order and payment data for the execution of your purchase.
- Invoicing (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR): Storage of invoice data due to tax retention obligations.
- Fraud Prevention (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): Technical logs to prevent misuse.
4. Data Retention
- Invoice Data: 10 years due to commercial and tax retention obligations.
- Account Data: Until the account is deleted by the user or 3 months after the last order.
- Server Logs: Maximum 30 days, then automatically deleted.

Your data is only shared insofar as it is necessary for contract fulfillment:
- Payment Provider (BTCPay or equivalent crypto processor) — for payment processing
- Shipping Provider — for order delivery
- Tax Advisor / Accounting — for invoice processing
